Private Homes and apartments to rent
One popular option is to rent a private home or apartment. These are owned by individuals and rented either through an agent or direct from the owner. Some are individual houses. Others might be apartments in major resorts but rented direct by the owner or using an agent that is not the same as the resort management. In Cairns many of the major resorts have individual ownership of each apartment.
